At CharmLoop, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day free return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or malfunctioning
- Incorrect items received
- No longer wanted
Returned products should be in their original condition whenever possible, including original packaging and accessories.
2. Free Returns
We provide free return service for all eligible orders.
Please contact our support team before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items intentionally damaged after delivery
- Products modified by the customer
- Final sale items clearly marked on the product page
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
If an order has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.
